How did it all begin?

Every idea has its own starting point. The story of the "Mirror Energy Theory" began with an unusual dream I had in my youth.

In the dream, I received a specific set of instructions: if one performs a certain number of push-ups in front of a mirror while maintaining continuous eye contact with one’s own reflection, it is possible to access what I later termed "mirror energy."

This image stayed with me for many years. Over time, it evolved into a question—one for which I sought to find my own answer.

What happens when a person looks into the eyes of their own reflection while simultaneously performing a physical exercise? Can the combination of visual fixation, physical exertion, and one’s internal state give rise to unusual subjective sensations?

I do not consider the dream itself as proof that such a specific energy exists; rather, it served as the starting point for my investigation.

On this website, I will document my experiments, observations, emerging hypotheses, doubts, and findings. It is important to me not only to seek evidence that supports my assumptions but also to take note of anything that contradicts them.

My goal is to move from personal experience toward a systematic inquiry, and to understand what truly lies behind the concept of "mirror energy."
EXPERIMENT 01

First experiment — ME-001

Accumulation of mirror energy
Research question: what happens to a person’s internal state when they simultaneously look into their own reflected eyes and perform a physical exercise?

The idea behind the experiment

ME-001 is rooted in my personal experience and a memory of a dream that featured the number N. I view this as a starting point for exploration, rather than as proof that the number possesses any special properties.
The experiment combines two actions: fixing one’s gaze on one’s own reflected eyes while performing push-ups in front of a mirror.
My objective is to observe whether this combination is accompanied by any shifts in my subjective sense of energy, concentration, emotional state, or self-perception..

What will I be recording?

  • number of push-ups performed;
  • duration of the exercise;
  • ability to maintain a steady gaze;
  • subjective energy levels before and after;
  • emotional state and level of concentration;
  • physical sensations and any potential distractions.

Research principle

I do not form any preconceptions about what the result should be. It is important to describe not only unusual sensations but also the absence of any changes, as well as fatigue and other possible explanations.

Status: author’s hypothesis. The results require systematic observation and verification.
Observation Diary
The path of research — step by step.
This space will contain records on the progress of experiments involving the theory of mirror energy—covering experimental conditions, personal observations, physical sensations, and the evolution of hypotheses.
My goal is to document not only significant findings but also routine observations, unsuccessful attempts, and questions that remain unanswered. Maintaining a chronological sequence is important to me, as it allows for revisiting past entries to compare results and track how my understanding of the phenomenon shifts over time.
Each entry represents a distinct step in the research process.
Entry 001. Preparation for experiment ME-001
Topic: Accumulation of mirror energy.
Objective: To observe how the combination of gazing at one’s own reflection and physical exertion relates to an individual’s subjective state.

Data to be recorded:
Date and conditions under which the activity takes place;
Well-being prior to the start;
Number of push-ups performed and the duration;
Sensations experienced during and after the exercise;
Levels of energy, concentration, and emotional state;
Factors that may have influenced the outcome.

Status: Preparation for observation.
This entry outlines the research plan. The actual results will be added following the experiment.
About the author
Why I decided to investigate mirror energy
I began this project based on a personal experience—one that has remained a significant issue for me over the years.
In time, the desire to understand it evolved into the idea of a systematic investigation. I decided to document my observations, formulate hypotheses, and test what conclusions could genuinely be drawn from the results.

For me, the "Mirror Energy Theory" is a journey of inquiry, where personal experience serves as a starting point rather than definitive proof.

I intend to be open about the progress of my work: what has captured my interest, the experiments I am conducting, what I am observing, and which questions remain unanswered.

My guiding principle is this: do not believe without verification, do not dismiss without investigation, and remain prepared to re-evaluate one’s own assumptions..
