What we are investigating and how we test the hypothesis
How do we conduct research?
The theory of mirror energy is developed through systematic observation, comparison of conditions, and analysis of the data obtained. The goal is to determine what changes accompany the practice and whether these changes can be explained by known factors.
01. Observation
Establish the baseline state: physical well-being, mood, tension level, and subjective sense of energy before beginning the practice.
02. Experiment
In ME-001, two actions are performed simultaneously: doing push-ups in front of a mirror while maintaining eye contact with one’s own reflection. The number N is derived from the personal history of how the idea originated and is treated as an initial experimental parameter, rather than as a proven, significant number.
03. Comparison
Compare the results under different conditions: physical exertion without a mirror, observing one’s reflection without physical exertion, and a combination of both. This helps to assess which changes are associated with each specific condition.
04. Analysis
Record observations, repeat the experiment under comparable conditions, and account for both outcomes that align with expectations and those that are negative or ambiguous.
What constitutes a result?
A personal sensation is a significant observation, but it does not serve as proof of the existence of a new form of energy. Drawing well-founded conclusions requires reproducible results, measurements, and the examination of alternative explanations.
We conduct our research openly: the findings may refine, modify, or refute the initial hypothesis.
