RESEARCH PROGRAM

Experiments

From personal observation to systematic research.
This collection brings together experiments related to the theory of mirror energy. For each study, we define the objective, experimental conditions, observed parameters, and questions that require verification.
We document not only noteworthy observations but also negative, ambiguous, and unexpected results.
ME-001 · Accumulation of Mirror Energy
The first experiment of the author’s research program

Research question

Is the combination of physical exertion and focusing one’s gaze on one’s own reflected eyes accompanied by changes in a person’s subjective state?

The idea behind the experiment

At the core of ME-001 lies the simultaneous act of performing push-ups in front of a mirror while observing one’s own reflected eyes.
The number N was chosen as an initial parameter based on the personal history of how the idea originated. Its specific significance has not yet been determined.

What are we studying?

  • subjective sense of energy and fatigue;
  • level of concentration;
  • emotional state before and after the exercise;
  • physical sensations during the activity;
  • differences between the observed conditions.
Status: author’s hypothesis. The results require systematic documentation and verification.
